Nick Zavros
Nick Zavros founded Zavros Associates in 1992 providing book keeping and general taxation services to a small group of clients. Nick is an accountant with over 25 years’ of book keeping and taxation compliance experience.
Nick has a very broad spectrum of business sector experience and works with a variety of clients, namely in the Small to Medium Size Enterprises (SME) sector. Nick specialises in advising businesses and personal clients regarding the development of the business, whether start-ups or growing business and provides general taxation advice to corporate and personal clients, including VAT, PAYE and CIS.
John Mintikkis BA(Hons) FCCA
John Mintikkis is a qualified Chartered Certified accountant in 1996 and has over 20 years’ experience dealing with small to large multinational clients. John trained with a medium sized firm in North London and worked there for 10 years before joining a top 20 city based international accountancy firm as a Senior Manager, subsequently moving in 2008 to a top 50 regional firm.
John has built up a wealth of experience dealing with a varied portfolio of SME clients over a range of industry sectors. John deals with property, construction, wholesale distribution, retail and professional services and a varied healthcare portfolio.
In addition to assisting his clients with statutory financial reporting and compliance matters, John provides general business and taxation advice, from tax compliance to tax planning services including Inheritance tax and capital gains tax.
